At Twelve15 we’re committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. 

This notice explains what and why we collect personal information about people who contact us with a query or to request a special diet, what we do with this information, who will have access to it, who we pass your information on to, the length of time we keep your information and how to have your information removed. 

What we collect and why? 

Contact information (e.g. address, contact numbers, email address) for the purpose of correspondence and special dietary requirements for the purposes of providing a school lunch. 

What we are going to do with your information? 

Your contact information will be used for correspondence as required, e.g. to answer your query or request further information regarding your query where necessary. 

Who will have access to my information? 

The information being collected on the website will only be seen by Twelve15. Any information or opinions you supply will not be sold to other companies or used to contact you other than for the purposes of responding to your query. 

Whilst you are browsing our website, a cookie is stored on your computer in order that we can identify your session and grant you access. Your web browser destroys this cookie after 20 minutes of inactivity, or when you close the web browser application. At no stage is any personal information stored in a cookie, or any information that would allow us to identify you as an individual. 

You have rights in respect of your data including the right to be supplied information on our uses, to see what data we are holding about you, to request correction or erasure of your data, to object to processing and to complain to the supervisory authority. This website provides links to a number of external websites. Twelve15 is not in any way responsible for the privacy practices or content of such websites.

Who we pass your information to? 

We will not share your information with third parties. 

 

How long do we keep your information for? 

24 months from submission of your query.  We will hold details of special dietary requirements for the length of time the dietary requirement is needed. 

How do I have my information removed?
